Working principle£º
GW Vacuum Filter is solid & filtrate separation equipment by scraper discharge. When filtering the separated filtrate penetrates the filter cloth, filter chamber, and filter tube towards the distribution valve, then drains out through the gas-liquid separator, meanwhile the solid particles are intercepted on the filter cloth surface to form filter cake, after transfering to the liquid surface the filter cake goes through the washing area, dewatering area, and dischagring area step by step. The cake in the discharging area is blowed by the compressed air and discharged by the scraper, so far one filter cycle is finished. Then injected into the pulp for next working cycle.

Working principle£º
TB Vacuum Titania Filter is solid & filtrate separation equipment which works on continuous suction filtering condition by vacuum aspiration. It has the same main structure as ordinary Vaccum filter£¨External filtration type). During the drum running the material in the tank forms filter cake on the drum surface after filter cloth by the vacuum aspiration, the cake will be scraped down after absorbed by the discharge roller. The filtrate flows into the distribution valve through drum suction tube and drains to realize solid & filtrate separation.

Working principle£º
LPL Vertical Disk Filter by the effect of the suction of the vacuum pump, there will be certain pressure difference between the inner and outside of the sector plate, the solid particles are absorbed to the two sides of the sector plate to form filter cake, the liquid pass the sector covered by filter cake and filter cloth, go alongside the center shaft to the distribution head and drain out, the solid particles will be blowed off by compressed air, so as to achieve separation of solid and filtrate.

Working principle£º
Horizontal installed GWJ Crystallizer is a machine for crystal precipitation by cycle water cooling.The saturated crystal filtrate will be injected from the feed nozzle on top of the crystallizer and get cooling gradually by the combined cooling effect of cycle water in the helical pipe and cylinder interlayer during work process.The crystal filtrate attaches around the crystal and gradually grow bigger.The helical style agitator makes the seed crystal and the crystal filtrate uniform mixing to avoid pseudo crystal appearance and ensure the crystal granule to be uniform. After some time the crystal filtrate gets less gradually and crystal gets bigger gradually, then the crystallization process finishes.

GPJ Pressure Disc Filter is solid & filtrate separation equipment developed by our company based on foreign advanced technology. Working principle£º
The multi-disc vacuum filter is putted inside the enclosed pressure cabin, flotation concentrate mine is added to the filter tank by the feeding pump, 0.35-0.45 Mpa air pressure will be filled into the pressure cabin, which forms pressure difference on the filter disc between the distribution and the gas-liquid separator which connects with the atmosphere, by the effect of the pressure from the pressure cabin, the liquor in the tank drains out via the filter cloth which is immersed in the coal sludge, the solid particles are absorbed to the filter cloth to form filter cake, along with the disc rotation the filter cake will be dehydrated and go to the discharging area to be discharged to the scraper, then drained out by the discharging device intermittently.
