Working principle£º
When the XDL Vacuum Starch Filter works, by vacuum suction the slurry in the tank will form certain thick starch granule precoating on the drum surface and form filter medium with the filter cloth, the separated filtrate penetrates the precoating and filter screen then drains out after going through the suction tube, distribution valve, gas-liquid separator, the low moisture outer filter cake will be scraped by scraper. The dehydration and discharge process will be finished during the running of the drum.
