Working principle：
JM Vacuum Yeast Filter has almost same working principle as the ordinary vacuum drum filter, the main difference is that its drum has no cell, filter chamber has no cavity, the filter medium(potato starch for example) precoating before filter is necessary, the filter process is finished by the joint function of precoating and stainless filter cloth.The drum surface absorbs needed thickness of precoating gradually, then injects yeast liquor, the filtering process will begin by the vacuum suction. The liquid is pumped out after being absorbed into the drum, the yeast is absorbed on the surface of the precoating, the mechanical scraper works automatically to scrape the yeast cake, when only 5-6mm distance to the drum surface, the scraper stops work automatically and returns for next precoating and working cycle.
